1. Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel, earrings, and custom-printed goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
